Neil Griffiths
Started his career in props in 2004, working as Dressing Props, Standby and Storeman across film and TV productions.
Founded Film IT Solutions in 2006, building the company from the ground up before moving into the business full-time in 2012.
Now leads the team, delivering technical support for high-end television and film productions.
Matt Wilson
Brings a background in IT with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills suited to fast-paced production environments.
Alongside a technical career, has extensive performance experience including theatre productions and voiceover work for TV and radio adverts, providing a strong understanding of both the technical and creative sides of production.
Victoria Armes-Mather
Works as an On-set Technology and Graphics Technician across film and television productions, preparing and managing all on-screen devices including phones, televisions, computers and laptops used during filming.
Creates and installs graphics and digital content displayed on these screens, ensuring everything is fully functional, camera-ready and seamlessly integrated into the set environment.
Andrew Phizacklea
Entered the film and television industry in 2019 working in the Props Department, developing a strong understanding of set operations and the collaborative workflow of a production unit.
Now works in on-set technology, supporting a role that is becoming increasingly essential on modern productions.
Abigail Foster
Has worked as a Standby Tech on high-end television productions for the past four years.
With a background in the art department and experience across both on-set and off-set roles, brings a strong understanding of set dynamics and cross-department collaboration.
Robert Rogers
Brings over 40 years of engineering experience, with the skills and confidence to work across Set Design (IT systems), Set Dressing and installation.
Experienced working alongside multiple departments in film and television, with a strong understanding of on-set collaboration and communication. Also a qualified electrician, able to support productions with additional services including Portable Appliance Testing.
